To achieve one vision and mission to improve community D-8 in terms of to increase per capita and Gross Domestic Product (“GDP”) of the country, by way of implementation to GIFT economy principles model known under CEFC D-8 programs, within D-8 participating States.
D-8 CEFC MAINFRAME
The D-8 CEFC program comprises three key components in ensuring its sustainable ecosystem:
a. Development of the D-8 CEFC unified digital platform as the enabler.
b. The development of the WICE Complex as the hub for the D8 CEFC Program.
c. Establishment of the D-8 foundation in Malaysia to promote on the Islamic Gift Economy & deliver Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
D8 ALLIANCE
D8 Alliance Sdn Bhd, formerly knows as Asia Alliance Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 2014 as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company to develop and implement the D-8 digital platform among the participating D-8 Member States. Among the platforms are as follows:

- The D8 CEFC Business Matching Program and Platform is a collaborative initiative designed to foster economic development, create business opportunities, and promote long-term growth and sustainability across D-8 member countries. D-8 MALAYSIA FOUNDATION (D8MF)
The D-8 Malaysia Foundation is a legally established trust foundation, registered under the Malaysia Trustees (Incorporation) Act 1952 [Act 258]. Operating within the framework of the D-8 Creative Economic & Financial Centre (D-8 CEFC), the foundation is dedicated to advancing Islamic economic principles, particularly the Islamic Gift Economy and social finance initiatives, to foster stronger economic collaboration among D-8 member countries.
In alignment with its mission, the foundation actively supports programs that address key global challenges, focusing on six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These include eradicating poverty, promoting quality education, and ensuring universal access to good health and well-being. Through these efforts, the D-8 Malaysia Foundation contributes to sustainable economic and social development within and beyond the D-8 community.
